
Project: Low Price finder ( British Airways )
Position: Senior Design consultant
My role at British Airways:
Applying a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate my designs with users, Providing an end to end UX solution at all levels, from early conceptual sketch stage to detailed mock-ups and prototypes for digital products across British Airways.
Problem statement:
The low price finder section of the journey experienced a low conversion rate, despite the high user traffic it received.
The Solution:
I applied an iterative and lean design approach from the early conceptual sketch stage to prototyping in order to validate my designs.





The outcome:
20% increase in bookings
After conducting a multi-variant test to further validate the designs, British Airways experienced a 20% increase in journey bookings as a result of this design change.
