My Role at PARK NOW:
Applying a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate my designs with users, Providing an end to end UX solution at all levels, from early conceptual sketch stage to detailed mock-ups and prototypes for digital products across various mobile apps (Ringo, Park now, Park mobile)
Using quant data ( Amplitude ) for measuring the impact of changes. Measuring by analysing the changes in user behaviour before and after design changes.
Created usability research plans and reports to share with stakeholders
Outcome:
4.8 out of 5 app store rating,  2021, annual revenue of $15.1 million (24% increase in revenues)
